Chris B. is nothing less than an amazing find in a realtor. He fulfills the ideal of realtor as a member of a helping profession. Calm and subdued on the surface, he is relentless in examining all necessary elements of a deal. I’ve found that he is meticulous in all details of transactions, leaving no stone unturned, very patient with questions, and intent on helping you understand each step within each sub-process, etc. I’ve had exposure to a variety of realtors. The last realtor I had real dealings with (before Chris B.) was actually lazy, counting on “luck” to come around. I’ve seen realtors who were flashy, impatient with details, quick to give up, or on the look out for a “gotcha” opportunity. Chris has none of these qualities. Any client he takes on will be well served. Just when you think it may be time to give up, move on from a particular pursuit, Chris will surprise you by his quiet persistence with the matter at hand and his further creative ideas. Christian Buitron is outstandingly talented and hard-working! As we ended a 3 month slog with our previous realtor, we needed action and results. His current knowledge and use of social media marketing was invaluable. If you don't think that the realtor you select makes a difference, think again! We regret not being able to have had Christian represent us when buying our new home in another state. Christian continues to check in with us post sale and still offers sound counsel and support.
