From July to September, median home prices have gone up

Historically, September prices should stabilize or drop

What I find very interesting is current active listings 👇

Today in SGV and LA, we have 7,951 listings

In August 2008, there was 48,810 listings

That is 6.1 times more homes available on the market in 2008 😲!
