We provide virtual furniture to recreate the experience of a room for a potential buyer. This amazing technology can give potential buyers a way to envision how a living room, dining room, or bedroom can look furnished.
Virtual Home Tours
We provide the latest in 3-D self-guided tours of your home so potential buyers can walk through on their own like an Open House 24/7. These self-guided virtual tours can be seen on mobile and desktop devices. They can “walk” around, view highlighted images (and go to that room simply by selecting it), or view the floor plan and pick a room. We also created an adapted version to be compatible with third-party websites like Zillow.
If necessary, we are fully equipped to conduct Virtual Open Houses using advanced conferencing technology like ZOOM and others, supported by our CRMLS and Realtor.com.
Virtual Showings
If a potential buyer desires a more immersive experience in exploring your home, we can arrange a live video tour where the buyer can ask questions and elucidate their concerns, all while minimizing any unnecessary exposure to your home.
Showing Precautions
As part of our showing instructions, we instruct agents and buyers to wear gloves and masks. We also instruct the agents to sanitize the home before and after all showings and make sure all doors are open and lights on to minimize contact.
Electronic Signatures
We use DocuSign, an e-signing technology, for 99% of your real estate transaction forms, so you can now sign them using digital signatures. No need to meet in person. In some cases, you can even digital sign at closing.
Virtual Closings
We ensure that our sellers have the privilege of closing at their preferred escrow company. If they do not have a preferred escrow company, we will advise on some options which support closings virtually. If your transaction allows for e-closings, you can sign from the comfort of your home.
